In his work with Partners for Dignity & Rights, Ben collaborates with grassroots member-led organizations including the Campaign for New York Health, Put People First! Pennsylvania, the Southern Maine Workers' Center, and Vermont Workers' Center to support their campaigns for health justice and economic democracy. He helps co-create research, communications and strategies to win Medicare for All, state-level universal health care and other systems that work for everyone by putting people who face the greatest injustices--poor people, people of color, immigrants, and others--at the center of our movements and policies. At the moment, Ben has partial insurance coverage for parts of his body and some of his medical needs at limited network of providers. He grew up in California, Massachusetts, and Tennessee, and lives in the Bay Area.
